WIETC is the Vice President Company of China Coordination Council for Overseas Seamen Employment. Weihai Xingya shipping Co'Ltd. under it is engaged in dispatching various types of merchant seamen, foreign seamen, fishing crews and cruise waiters, ship management and other businesses. Starting in 1988. the Company has nearly 30 years of experience in seamen dispatching. A complete set of operating system has been formed, including sailor recruitment, training, certificate handling, dispatching, tracking and management. The company has sufficient seaman resources with high-level, middle-level and low-level positions meeting requirements of STCW international conventions. Having established a good cooperative relationship with more than 20 domestic and foreign shipowners and ship management companies, WIETC has accumulatively dispatched more than 20,000 person-time of merchant seamen, fishing crews and cruise waiters of various types to Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Denmark, the United States, Germany, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other countries and regions.
